App icons suddenly enlarged!

You may have also enabled screen zoom. Go to Settings/Accessibility/Zoom and turn it off. Or double-tap the screen with THREE fingers.

This is a longshot but try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
