My region is Serbia, and I use IPhone XS Max, IOS 16.1.1 (Up to date)
Recently when I try to use the Itunes store, it gets stuck on the: "go to the Itunes U" page, which is blank, and wherever I click, it does not react.
Itunes U is not available in my region (AppStore says this).
What I tried several times:
1) Reloading the phone
2)Reinstalling the application

A dated message from June 2020:
iTunes U and iBooks Author users will need to move to another application soon. Apple pulls the plug on the education platform and stops updating the app to create e-books. iTunes U users can now access Classroom and Schoolwork or Apple Podcasts and Books. Bookmaker can switch to Pages.
Everyone who uses iBook Author will have to make the switch on July 1, 2020.
On that day, the app will disappear from the App Store. This tool for creating your own books appeared in 2012, but is now being replaced by Pages. Book making was added to this application two years ago.

According to Apple, Pages is able to take over from iBooks Author. To make the transition as pleasant as possible, Pages is getting a number of extra features, including the ability to import books in .iba format. Although iBook Author is disappearing from the App Store, the application can still be used. There are just no more updates.
