Ask to buy not working

I am no longer receiving ask yo buy notifications. I have tried everything. I am logged into the correct iTunes account. All are activated.

Hi.


The only thing that worked for us was to sign my kid out from icloud (and restarted the phone which might not have been necessary) and then logged him back in.

(I found that tip on another forum.)


I spent hours trying everything before that and every setting was correct, but it still didn't work. No notification reached me from his phone. Very frustrating.

(They did reach me from his iPad so I figured that the problem must be something on his phone.)
