Starting apps at login - where's it gone in Ventura?

Pre-Ventura you could change which apps load when a user logs in via the Users & Groups panel.

Where has this gone in Ventura? I've searched the Apple help site and communities but can't find an answer. Can't see it in the System Settings window (which I hate as you can't resize it by the way!).

Hopefully when I find it I can adjust to make them start minimised as it's annoying having them all maximised when I log in!!!
