Volume Hash Mismatch --> Failed memtest86 --> what do I do now?

Hey there all - I have a 2019 macbook pro that has been continually crashing randomly, web tabs closing, apps / finder / spotlight not working right for a long while now. After reading this thread last night, I decided to run a memtest86 just like Razzler recommended. I got a ton of errors, and I've attached the results. Do I just need to replace the computer? Or can I get it fixed at the apple store. I've out of AppleCare, so I'm not really sure what to do next.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.0

Perhaps from there you can see if their issue lines up with your machine issue

If possible bring along the previous links to show the Techie.

Some are not even aware of this issue, from what some have mentioned form those links

That way the have a reference point to start an overnight Hardware Test

Yes overnight test to stress the RAM

Thanks for your quick response! I have an appointment with Genius bar tomorrow, I was just wondering if there was any insight I could bring to them based off the failed memtests alone. Thanks again :)
