Fixing Dock on primary monitor on top of my Macbook

Hi there, I have a 2021 Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.1.

When I set my Macbook under my LG primary screen, I can't get the dock to appear on my LG primary monitor.

It works fine, when I place the mac left or right to the screen. Then I can also use the rectangle in the displays setting and switch the dock from my mac to the LG and back.

But as soon as I position the Mac under the screen and adjust this in the settings, the dock stays on the Mac.

Can anyone help me out with this how to get the dock on my primary screen on top?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.1

The Dock will not appear on any edge that shares another display edge. It's not possible to alter that behavior.
