STOP sign and non Recovery Mode

My late 2019 iMac has crashed and will not let me into Recovery Mode. I made a bootable drive with High Sierra BUT the iMac will not run the install. It just shows a STOP sign and then a few moments later shuts down the iMac. Apple Store installed the software onto the erased drive and it was working for a couple of days but showed a problem by not being able to run MS Office 2019. It just kept asking for a licence. MS were unable to help me. Apple the same. The drive just refuses to do anything.

Help!

Good afternoon Jonah82,

It might be helpful for you to contact Apple again and ask to speak with a Senior Advisor regarding the issue you are having with your iMac.

Contact Apple for support and service

Take care.
