Ventura 13.1 on MacBook Air M2: System settings frozen on iCloud

Since the last update to 13.1 when trying to access the iCloud settings the setting page becomes gray, empty and unresponsive. Most of the time I need to force to quit.

I noticed because the new Freeform app asked me to change the settings to be able to share the files, but I can't at all.

Thanks for the support.

Same problem.

On mine (iMac 27 5k (2022)) it freezes even on startup and I can see on Activity Monitor that Apple ID (System Settings) is not responding. It boosts the ventilator to max as the CPU gets to 100 degrees C. After a while i guess it does something and it stops. But this has not happened before the latest update.

It also happens anytime I try to open the Apple ID settings. Sometimes it loads, sometimes it does not.
