Did you very carefully follow the instructions in the Apple Support document that appears on the screen? Click on the link below for details.

If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you are still having difficulty, take the phone to the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop.
