Hi, the phone was working perfectly and the next day the phone will not connect to wifi as the toggle is greyed out. It says that the phone requires an update to use wifi but have updated using a laptop and it is still giving the exact same message. The phone is also not reading the SIM card placed into the phone but the sim works in an alternative phone. Thanks

If the wifi is greyed out most of the times this is a hardware issue, with your internal antenna. Please contact apple support to set up service for your device
