iPhone geolocation not accurate

My iPhone lists my location as Pekin, Illinois. I actually live in Morton, Illinois. How do I get this changed?

Your iPhone may be too old to have this feature. But if it does, set

Settings > Maps > Location > Precise Location = “on”.
