You need to check on this yourself. These are just user-to-user forums. No one here has access to your account information (and that is a good thing, BTW). So, contact Apple Support, asking them where this all stands. If need be, perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep so they can see what is occurring firsthand from YOUR perspective.
