If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - "visit PayPal and change payment information"...checked that, everything is working fine there (as well as other businesses that I use PayPal for). Still won't work with Apple. How do I fix this

When "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there is an issue with the payment method.


In this case, I recommend contacting Apple Support for help from an Apple advisor.
