Apple Watch while in Do Not Disturb?

If a call is from your emergency contact or from people you've marked as Favorites, I believe those calls will come through, even if DND is on. To change this, go into Focus Settings on your iPhone and change who or who is not allowed to come through while on DND.

DND has always allowed your favorites to call unless you remove that option. You really want the Mindfulness focus which is more restrictive by default.
