Can I auto-send a text message with one click using the shortcuts app?

I want to pick up my iPhone and click on a shortcut on my home or lock screen, that will send a text that always has the same word ("Open") to the same recipient, always.

I'm trying to use the shortcut app to do this. I was able to add a shortcut to my home screen, but when I click it, the text message app opens with the correct recipient already selected and the word "Open" in the text field, but, the text message isn't actually sent until I then click the send arrow button.

Is it possible to automate this last task, of the text message actually being sent?
