Phone number change

Hey. I need help to challenge my phone number that I could use my Apple play, but I can’t change it because there is not avaible options and my ole phone number is in that only option. So how can i change it?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

You need to -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

https://appleid.apple.com

then edit your 'new' trusted number.
