Using shared family Apple Music subscription when family members belong to different regions

If Apple IDs of members of one family group belong to different regions, can they use the same shared Apple Music family subscription?

Hi Arbogastr,

Based on:

"All Family members must share the same Home Country."

"To share purchases, family members must be in the same iTunes Store country or region."

the answer is no.
