My location services shows apps but doesn't show a particular app. The app is installed on my phone, opens up and relies on location services. How can I get the app to show in location services such that I can allow location services for it?

I also can’t figure out what the app does; it looks like it needs to be paired with an external device.
Thank you. And I think that might be the source of my problem. Although the instructions for the app indicate that the app will ask for it, it never did. Do you have any thoughts on how to make that happen? The app is called Q – Thermo.
Thanks again for looking- the app is designed to control a pair of heated socks used for motorcycle riding but I think I'll just have to start with the socks vendor & see if they can provide support.
