refund

I was charged a fee for something that I didn’t ask for. My account was charged $60 dollars from apple. I requested a refund and received an email from apple saying that my refund has been refunded back to my account. Unfortunately I don’t see that refund posted back to my bank account. How do I go about contacting someone to speak to on this?

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for bank cards. Click here for more information.


If it's already been that long, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
