Weather not in background refresh
Weather not updating… cannot locate weather app on settings, background refresh, how do I fix?

We understand that when you launch the Weather app, you’re not seeing any changes or updates to the forecast.
Let’s also, in an effort to isolate the situation a bit more,
- Check to see if this is happening for your current location only or also for any saved cities
- Restart your device and test again - Restart your iPhone
- Make sure we’re working with the latest available iOS for your device - Update your iPhone or iPad
- Test while connected to multiple networks (cellular, Wi-Fi, different Wi-Fi)
- If there are any VPN or security softwares installed, remove them, restart and test again. Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues
