How can I separate email from contacts and from others?

I'd like to have a "rule" or something that separated all mails in my inbox into different boxes. One has mail that has "from" names that I recognize, and the other has mail with nobody in the "from" that I recognize.

Is this possible?

(P.S. I hate not being able to update devices on this forum)
