Can you troubleshoot my phone to see why I cannot make or receive calls? I can only do FaceTime or messenger with the camera

How can I contact customer care service? I went to Verizon and now I can’t do anything with this phone as far as making calls can customer care at Apple troubleshoot my phone by you giving them my information
So I bought the phone the iPhone 14 promax on December 29 of 2022 and have been having issues with it because of the activation so I went to Verizon yesterday where they issued me a new phone and now I can no longer make or receive calls. What other information do you need they troubleshot it and they couldn’t find anything so they gave me this one.
