iphone calendar colors changing randomly

We'd be happy to help out, however it's not clear how it would be possible for the color of your events to change randomly. Are you certain there's nobody else who has access to your account? Are you certain the purple calendar events aren't just a different calendar perhaps?

We ask since the only way to change the color of a calendar on iPhone is by completing the following:

1. Go to Calendars

2. Tap Calendars at the bottom-center

3. Tap the info button on a particular calendar

4. Tap on the calendar color to select a new color.

If unable to isolate things further, and you're certain this isn't being changes from another device perhaps, we'd suggest contacting Apple for further support: Get Support
