Fitness app rings not showing any activity (iPhone14Pro, screenshot details included)

iPhone14 Pro, no apple watch.

I just got my new iPhone14 Pro, however the fitness app isn't tacking anything (the Health App works fine) despite having workouts also being synced from FitBod and Strava (see screen shot below)

I don't have a Watch and it seems online like people who don't have the watch just have the one red ring for distance and in all the videos I look at online, I don't see the 3 rings I see in my screenshot.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
