How can I update my iOS software without using computer?

1. Go to Settings.
2. If an update is available, then there will be a red number like you see in the Mail app when you have new mail. Select the option that has the red number.
3. Follow the instructions to install the latest software.

iPhone 7 cannot update to iOS 16.....the latest version.....if that is what you are asking.

The most up to date version of iOS for the iPhone 7 is iOS 15.7.2

Yes, the version 15.7.2 is what I’m trying to update. I have good WiFi but it won’t verify the update without internet connection. It says it is downloaded but won’t install because it’s no longer connected to internet - except it is.

Battery cannot be on Low Power Mode

Battery needs to be at 50-60% or more

You do need a good cellular connection as well
