Can’t cancel Apple Music subscription

How do I fix this , my Apple Music is in free preview of 1 week I don’t know when I purchased , and after 1week passed I try to change my Apple Store to Canada it is showing error of u need to cancel Apple Music subscription even tho I never purchase anything so please help or tell me to how to delete Apple Music account cuz I am irated , Thank you.
