Can't reset/erase my late 2015 iMac

So I am selling my late 2015 iMac 21.5" with Monterey 12.6.2 .... I don't get the 'Erase All Content' option on the pull down menu, cannot find it anywhere. Help please!

That option is only available on newer Macs. Use the following instructions instead (and note that step 2 is only for newer Mac; use the other steps): What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac - Apple Support
