I can’t find it in my iCloud.
Are you aware of the information in Keep your messages up to date with iCloud - Apple Support ?
iCloud Messages is a syncing service; you can only view iCloud Messages from one of your devices, not from www.icloud.com and if you delete a message from a device it is also deleted from iCloud Messages.

Thank you for your reply. I didn’t specify that it was messages from 2020-2022. My iCloud literally has no messages saved even though it is on. I was on the phone with apple and Verizon and was unable to help me.
