Hi,

I have an SE 2nd gen and whenever i plug my cord it, it either had trouble charging— like it starts and stops and repeats that. or my cord falls out. i’ve cleaned out my charging port and it still won’t work very well. any suggestions?

If the issue is persistent over multiple chargers and outlets, your device may need a service. Take it to an Apple Store or Authorised Service Provider.

Not charging My charger works but only for like 3-5 seconds. My charging port is clean and the charger I bought is brand new. I have looked for so many tutorial on how to make it charge but non of them work. What should I do? My parents are going to kill me if they find out my charger is already broken. Seriously this is like the 7th Apple charger that doesn’t work.
