Open emails on my phone not showing up on my new MacBook
If I've opened an email on my phone, it won't show up in my email list at all on my new Mac. It does, however, show up on my old laptop. How do I fix this?

We understand there's an issue with email not showing. It sounds like once you open the email that it is not available to view from your other devices. If the email is set up using POP, once you access the email, the email service downloads the message to your device and is deleted from the email service.
Which email account are you using? How is the email account setup on your Mac where it doesn't show? This is a public forum. Please do not provide any specific and provide details regarding your login.
