Need Help recovering information from password list in Settings

I accidentally deleted password information in Setting on my IPad 4th generation while scrolling through passwords. I saw the red delete swipe while scrolling. The challenge is that I do not know which website information was deleted because I was scrolling very fast. I am not even sure what letter of the alphabet the delete occurred. Is there a way to find the information I deleted from my password list in Settings? Thank you

Deleting a password from your your saved Passwords in iPad settings (i.e., your Keychain) is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
