My AirPods aren’t updated the firmware automatically. Is there any way to update it ?

The Related Article linked above describes the available mechanism for AirPods firmware updates: in Bluetooth range, in case and charging, and periodically as Apple deigns. There is no provided manual means, though Apple themselves can likely update firmware.
