How to upgrade an old iMAC

I am using an old mid 2011 iMac which is now using version macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 which is no longer updating with the latest version software releases. I now want to know if I can upgrade the hardware at an accredited service provide and install latest hardware which will be compatible with the latest macOS software releases

Thank you for your response. It’s great appreciated. You mean it’s not possible to update the internal hardware with the latest and then be able to install the latest version of macOS Ventura?
