Why doesn’t my phone turn on it just completely shut off
what do I do my phone shut off by itself and doesn’t turn on anymore

An obvious possibility would be that your iPhone has run out of power. Connect your iPhone to a lightning cable and a charger. Give it some time and see if it turns on again.
If it does not turn on, you can try a forced reboot. You do it like this:
1. Quick press and release Volume Up
2. Quick press and release Volume Down
3. Press and hold the Power Button until your iPhone restarts. Release when/if you see the Apple boot icon.
