iTunes ringtone payment issue

I have made purchased ringtone and even I have made payment but I don’t see any purchase update in the history

Apple purchase is still "pending" I'm planning to buy a song on iTunes to use as a ringtone. I only use 1 payment method, e-wallet. After seeing the message that the e-wallet has been deducted and the payment is successful, I check again but Apple purchase is till "pending" and I do not receive the song in Ringtone settings and iTunes. What should I do to receive the song or get a refund in this case?

iTunes I bought a ringtone through iTunes. I can screenshot the purchase and the money being taken out of my account. And yet it’s not showing up on my phone. I honestly just want my lil money back and I’ll never buy a ringtone through y’all again. I refuse to buy it again. This is disappointing and lll probably cancel my Apple Music as well cause I shouldn’t have this problem over a ringtone
