What is your issue?

Do you live in the USA?

what you sent and my link to my devices doesn't show that it can be done.

If you did not buy the AppleCare+ within the allotted time frame after your new purchase —then no you can not extend the Applecare+ because you do not have to begin with...(?) Seems clear enough.

You have a limited 60 days to purchase Apple Care+ after a new purchase...

If you have AppleCare+ it will cover a large portion of accidental damage.

Have been a loyal "Apple" user (iphone, imac, MBP) quite a few years now and have bought the Apple Care before the year end expiration date. Unfortunately the quality Apple money ratio is changing too. You are OBLIGED to buy the Apple Care or the new name Apple Care Plus no longer than 90 after your purchase, big surprise after that time limit you get robot answers that it is impossible to get an extension.
