Troubleshooting Lost Passwords:
Perhaps.
A. Restore a Computer with these Passwords:
Do you have a backup of a Mac that has these passwords in its keychain? If so, restore this Mac to that backup. Be certain you create a backup prior to this Mac prior to all of this, that way, you can restore it from.
B. Use a Computer for this:
First off, use a computer to troubleshoot this, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
C. Visit Keychain for Passwords:
See if Keychain is disabled. Your passwords would be in Keychain. Go Here: How to Find Saved Passwords on your iPhone - Apple Support
D. If not in Keychain:
Look somewhere else you may have kept a record of these in.
E. Reset at a Login Screen:
If this is on a Web site, do you have the option to reset it?
