You can't improve Battery Health unless you replace the battery. Battery Health will decline an average of about 1% a month. This is normal.

When the Battery Health is down to 80%, you need to replace the battery.

If Battery Health does not display, the battery is defective and will need to be replaced. Take the phone to the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop.
