I have an account through T-Mobile but cannot connect to Apple TV

Can someone tell me how to connect to Apple TV+ through T-Mobile?

The T-Mobile offer has to be redeemed as T-Mobile describes, and get linked to an Apple ID account.

Once you have the Apple TV+ subscription activated on your Apple ID account, then you can access that subscription content on any of your devices with the Apple TV app, when signed in with the same Apple ID account.
