How do I get it back it was back in 2020 and it isn’t there and it said to go here and they didn’t say what to do

For the question regarding obtaining a receipt for the Roblox app, we see that it's a free app on the App Store from our own iPhone, so we're not sure why exactly they need this. That being said, this link shows the steps to view your purchase history on the App Store: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services Any details from making in-app purchases within the Roblox app can be viewed by following the steps in the link.
Any other information that doesn't show when taking the steps in the link to view your purchase history, or that you should know yourself(like your Apple ID, address, and name) will need to be obtained from Roblox themselves.
