System Settings/Login Items setting, found weird file named GuangJu Song

Got notifications on my MacBook Pro today about Background items added

Told me I can manage the items in Login Items Settings.

I went into System Settings/Login Items setting and found this weird

file that was turned on (green) with the name of GuangJun Song

I have looked high and low online search and can not determine what

this file is, where it is from, or what app it might be affiliated with.

Any help would be appreciated. Have I been hacked???

Thanks

The whole "Background Apps" feature introduced with Ventura is currently broken. It is not fully or properly implemented, plus Apple has not yet provided any information to third party developers on how they should configure their apps to work with this new feature. For some apps it'll appear Ok, while other apps will show up as odd names, and I've heard that sometimes you may get multiple notifications about background apps. There is nothing to be done until Apple fixes the issue or informs developers how their apps should be designed to work properly with this new feature.

At best you can provide Apple with product feedback here (Apple won't respond):
