Shared album invites when blocked.

Today I was removing someone from a shared album who blocked me and I accidentally pressed “resend invitation” since it is right above the “remove subscriber” button. I was wondering if since they blocked me and I blocked them, if they received that invite. (Hopefully not) So basically my question is, do shared album invitations sent by a blocked number go through?
