I deauthorized ALL previous devices from my Apple ID. when I try to authorize all current devices ERROR

I deauthorized ALL previous devices from my Apple ID. when I try to authorize my current devices I keep getting the YOU CANNOT AUTHORIZE MORE THAN 5 COMPUTERS. You have already authorized 5 computers with this Apple ID.


what the heck am I supposed to do?

Contact Official Apple Support. You're only able to use the deauthorize all command once a year. You can try again, but it seems like it didn't take. Support should be able to reset everything for you.
