I get message send failure trying to test picture to an andriod phone. I can text it to another iphone.
I get a red ! point that says message send failure.
My cellular data is ON
Send as SMS is ON
MMS Messaging is ON
I have two bars of cell service

Thank you. The thing that gets me is my carrier is Verizon. I upgraded to this iPhone12 two weeks ago. Never had the problem with the iPhone8.
Contact verizon and speak to their tech, they will know what to do, doesn't matter if it work on your 8 you have a 12 now.
