I need help updating says failure to update you do not connected to the Internet when I am connected to the Internet and I want to know what’s going on with my phone

Troubleshooting iPhone Updates:
A. About "No Internet Connection":
Just because you are connected to a network, does not mean you have an Internetconnection. You may be connected to an internal LAN, and not to the Internet.
B. So, Update Using a Computer:
Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. Go here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are availabe, they will install, sure enough.
