We want to make sure we're on the same page with you. Just to confirm, is Cablevision the email service provider of your account? And just to confirm, when you say "they don't do that", do you mean that they do not have the support to work in the Mail app? The more information you provide the better we can assist.

Just to confirm, it sounds like you were able to work with a cable tech in order to resolve this, is that correct? We want to be sure you're in the best hands possible moving forward.
