i am able to download a Apple TV tv stream episode on my iphone bit not on iPad

I suspect it’s none of the above because they were all verified before my post.

However, I was able to download what i wanted to download after many tries. In the only 2 successful attempts, i pressed hard on the download button, which worked. I don’t know if this the problem/solution, but as the saying goes, “one can’t argue with success.”

It said that “The … cannot be downloaded at this time.” Just seconds later, i could download the same on iPhone. I canceled the iPhone download and returned to the iPad to get the same result as before.
