Can’t pair my watch

I bought a new iPhone. I copied all the data from the old phone. But I could not pair my watch to the new phone. The old one somehow it’s not paired with the watch either. How can I find out if my watch is paired with any phone

In Watch app on old iphone, tap All Watches

If the watch is there tap on unpair

then set up to new iphone
