how to deauthorize one computer at a time

I need to authorize my desktop.

If you still have the computer, see the "How to authorize or deauthorize your PC" section of Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support


If you no longer have access to the computer, you will need to Deuthorize All and then reauthorize any computers (not iPhones or iPads) that you still want authorized. See the "If you need to deauthorize a computer that you don't have access to" section of that same support article.
