Please clarify what would you like to pay for? Update your bank account for payment to what?

If you are referring to payment for your Apple Card, then Open Wallet app ➡️ Apple Card ➡️ Tap on 3 dots (top right) ➡️ Card Details ➡️ Bank Accounts: Here, you can Edit/Update/Add your bank account information for payment.
